Motion detection as sensors?

Is there an opportunity in a future release to create motion detectors as sensors? This would be instrumental to leverage motion capabilities from these cameras for alternate HA sirens/alarm integrations.

I have the same question but also for entry and doorbell sensors.

If you have the Indoor 2k ones that have RTSP, you can feed it into an FFMPEG motion sensor. But that is really outside of this integration.

That's an interesting option. But unfortunately this isn't a suitable "workaround" for the entry, motion en doorbell button sensor.

Is there no way of using motion detection in automations?

My phone receives a push notification when it sees motion. Could that be intercepted?

I'm interested in the door sensors being reported as sensors and not cameras. Both of my sensors are reported to HA as cameras.
