Don't rely on /usr/share/xsr/Cursor.png

Better if it could stay portable.

Maybe a command-line option to select the cursor, storing the cursor image in the executable itself (in this case I recommend changing to SVG), or probing other locations as a fallback. Alternate (better, but more challanging) solutions is to use the OS's one (could be altered using the regular settings).

@lezsakdomi I don't mind closing it now but we could also wait until we have a fallback that actually locates a cursor image on the system.

Put the image base64 encoded in the executable itself, as stated in #39
