Support AVX

I ran Intel processor identification utility with this result - see screenshot. AVX- abbreviation stands for "Advanced Vector Extensions" - right? So my CPU can execute the AVX instruction set?

AVX-Intel-Core-i3-2310M-CPU-1

It's possible you have them disabled in the bios. But I also didn't realize you were running windows. It does seem to be an issue on windows builds that there is an illegal instruction, it might be AVX, it might be something else. I know on Ubuntu Linux with low end processors I was able to solve it with a rebuild.

In ticket #422 it is Windows with CPU Intel i3-2310M 2.1 GHz. In ticket #380 it is CPU Intel G4400T 2.9 GHz with Ubuntu 22.04.2.

@devlux76 if I may, when you say "rebuild", could you elaborate a little more?
