archive "2.1.1bin.7z.sha1 download keeps restarting each time connection is momentarily lost.
I have been trying to install the app but being blocked by 2 separate issues on windows 10 for several days:
- downloading archive 2.1.1bin.7z.sha1 keeps breaking and having to restart each time there is a momentary loss in connection. Below is a grab of the setup log showing the multiple restarts:

- When I am able to complete the download, the installer reports a problem with signing the download. I am unable to reproduce this error currently since it's been days since my last successful download.
Please are there any other recommended ways via which I can set up the app reliably and escape this installation loop? Note that I am able to download the bin file from the google drive folder without issues.
Thansks in advance.
I noticed after my tests that I tested GPT4All had an unusually high volume consumption with my Internet provider (I do not have a flat rate). I'm not sure, but possibly the cause was the multiple aborted GPT4All download attempts .
@mccharley where are the setup logs stored?
@HappyPony I'm not sure about an actual log file. Did some snooping around the local and local/temp paths but nothing helpful there. The excerpt i shared was directly from the installer screen as it downloaded the 7z file.
I think I may have fixed the issue though. I had opted to install in same location as a totally different program. I have now moved the content of the folder to a different location leaving the folder completely empty. Not the download as completed, SHA1 verification was successful and unpacking is in progress. Wish me luck
Great. Installation was successful.
