I'm very disappointed because on mayMacBookPro10,1, with an Intel Core i7 quad-core with 16 G of RAM it even does not starts... An old windows i5, with half of RAM runs: slow but run...

On my MacBookPro16,1 with an 8 core Intel Core i9 with 32GB of RAM & an AMD Radeon Pro 5500M GPU with 8GB, it runs … slowly. The slowness is most noticeable when you submit a prompt -- as it types out the response, it seems OK. I do wish there was a way to play with the # of threads it's allowed / # of cores & memory available to it...

Newest release hopefully improves things and you can set the number of threads
