did you actually check the code? it is just a honeypot. what a shame you have about ~500 stars out here and making that stupid things like promoting self-exploitation targeted...
Most, if not all repositories listed in CVE-2022-41082.json don't have real PoC, but instead, are trying to sell it for 0.5 bitcoin. the repo doesn't contain any exploit, it just tries to trick users into executing a powershell command to disable their MS defender for the whole c:\
