Text with anchors on the right are displayed in nomacs as if the anchors were on the left

In an SVG produced by xcircuit, text with anchors on the right are displayed in nomacs as if the anchors were on the left.

To Reproduce Using version 3.16.0 of nomacs.

Open the following SVG:

Expected behavior The expected result is as displayed above in the github issue. I also checked Eye of GNOME and it displays the SVG as expected. If you open in nomacs, any text that is anchored on the right in xcircuit is offset when displayed as in the screenshot below.
