improve: 新建 Vercel 部署教程

I'd like to add a vercel deployment doc. Is is necessary?

Yes, please, but only if you figured out how to do it since I don't want to bother your time too long. But it should be pretty easy to setup and get it distributed by referencing the documentation from vitepress.dev.

And, please kindly take a look on #13 where we do also need buttons on README.md pages for folks who interested in building their own copy of Nolebase or VitePress with Obsidian. And such need was introduced and requested in #11.

IMO, I think it may not be easy enough and migrated completed for the Nolebase to be a standalone template for everyone to try out on their own, but rather need a long time to allow us to create the replicated modules and plugins in nolebase/integrations.

Would it be possible and easy enough to create a separated page for such tutorial on how to deploy on Vercel, Netlify (I can work on this), and GitHub Actions (I can work on this)? Or will you perfer to include the section into the README.md and 笔记/index.md?

Please feel free to work on the documentation in either ways, I accept both of the solution I said above.
