Settings Request: option for no self DMs in separate DM list

I tend to send a lot more DMs than I get replies to. When I look at the DM list, I mainly see the DMs I've sent. It would be great to have the option to only have a list of received DMs, without my self DMs.

The DM UI in general can be improved, I think. It should probably look more like the Twitter DM UI (or any UI for an IM app) with a separate section for each person you're talking to. Not sure how easy that would be though, given that threaded conversations can always add or remove participants.
