Boost visibility

Apparently this is a new thing coming in Mastodon: https://github.com/tootsuite/mastodon/pull/9851

Boosts have visibility now. And for locked accounts, boosts default to followers-only.

The latest version of the Megalodon app has added a feature where a boost's visibility setting can be overridden by long-pressing the "boost" icon. It seems to default to "public" for unlocked accounts or "followers only" for locked accounts.

The options are: "Public", "Unlisted", "Followers only", and "Post about it", which opens a compose box with the post's URL already typed in.
