Current Behavior

This software can't use GTK4 Style. It can use GTK3 Style.

Expected Behavior

I'd like to let it using GTK4 Style.

Hi, I'm sorry but I don't understand what you mean. Can you please give more details of what you are trying to accomplish and why? If you're talking about theming, please keep in mind that Gtk theming has always been more a hack (by abusing a debug feature) than anything else. Resources uses libadwaita which itself uses Gtk 4, libadwaita's color schemes can be changed, see Rewaita, though I cannot offer support for bodged homemade themes.
