correction: run is not always focused on the file being editted. somehow it wants to Run something else then the file being editted.

@valentijnpeters You need to open the context menu on the selection of the test-case.

as @lak-proddev said, "Run test:..." only shows on right-click under specific test case - as it's a context-specific option. So if You want to run any specific test case You have to put the cursor anywhere inside the code of this specific test case and then click the right mouse button and "Run test..." If You want to run a whole test case, then click the right mouse button on the test case file name, and then run:
