the light yellow info labels (press f2 for focus) should at all times show all text within that area at first time/immediately. many times only 50% of the text is shown... which is very in-comforatble.

We need to check but those popups handling is done via Eclipse API and its mechanism and this is how it works for all such components in eclipse. I doubt it can be customized this way, maybe own component would be required to fulfill the needs.
