Audi 135 decoder gives wrong RPM

Audi 135 reports 333 RPM when Ardustim is set to 1000 RPM. Regardless of RPM it always seems to be divided by 3.

Scoping Ardu-Stim's output the teeth were ~66us apart while my calculations expected them to be ~44us apart. That might account for the 167 missing until 500 RPM. But it also seems like the decoder is counting half as fast.
