Can't add new or existing feeds

I am on version 5.2.2-424.
I can't add new or existing feeds.
Searching for the url of the feed doesn't do anything.

I tried cloning the app to a sandbox (samsung private folders) to check this.

Here are some urls for verification:

(3)https://www.wuxiaworld.com/feed/chapters/damn-reincarnation

I already have subscribed to #1 and #2 previously, but when searching them on add subscription page, they don't show up. #1 is site generated while #2 is from a custom rss feed generator.

#3 is a new feed, I haven't subscribed to it yet.
All 3 feeds are working,(have rss code) they can be viewed via browser.
