Images dissappear on opening

I can view the story images 10% of the time; whether it's the Premium I'm awarded or the free version. It's the same with videos and links. Are these features included in any version of the newsfeeder? Why would I pay for Premium if it's the same as the free version? Are images, photos, videos, and live links available in any version? I use app on Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, and it was the same failings on Note 10.
