Improve Terminal output

• Instead of "WAV HEAD starting now", use an ASCII music note.
• Remove unattractive bits from the initial output (maybe add a config variable to enable a debug mode that includes these just in case?), e.g. "[2014-11-16 18:44:16] INFO WEBrick 1.3.1", "== Sinatra/1.4.5 has taken the stage on 4567 for development with backup from WEBrick", etc.
