In the new DO UI, when a measurement is not selected every component below should be disabled, but currently `No values` renders as an active caption.

In the new DO UI, when several measurements are added, the first one should be deletable too.

In the new DO UI's measurement dropdown with an already selected one, measurement still appears in the dropdown even if you apply some filters not including it.

In the new DO UI measurements dropdown filters don't persist when a certain measurement has been selected or the dropdown closed. Filtering should remain active because checking timespan and boundaries...
