shape support does not work with dbf gem

The gem changed their interface. They removed the 6th parameter (encoding) for DBF::Column

Thanks for the heads up, going to fix dbf on 2.0.7 while I take a look at it. Just 2 tests fail, and actually there's no point on em. But going to look deeper when I get some time (moving to a new house).

Ops... can't fix dbf, it is optional, not required in gemspec. Rubygems doesn't have something for this does it?
