Latest version (3.0.3) is not published on https://github.com/noeticpenguin/ngForce/releases.

Have to rely on git tag hash 4615b53752d578fdb4ca3ce2db4b72ec29d2ec4d in bower which isn't nice.

as a long time git user, but relatively new to publishing libraries on github, how would you like me to resolve this? Not sure what I should do to "publish" it?

Looks like bower.json spec ignores the version in the file, and just uses the git tags instead: see https://github.com/bower/bower.json-spec. So the cleanest way would probably be to remove the version from bower.json (so it doesn't drift from the git tags if forgotten), and just use git tagging to indicate release.

I don't even see v3.0.3 in the release list. Only 3.0.0...
