[REQUEST] Conditionally Apply Interpretations

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Sometimes we only want to apply something based on conditionals. You can mimic this with jmespath sometimes, but it is often not enough.

Describe the solution you'd like Remove the need for this hackery by adding a condition block that lets you do basic logic like test equality, and, or, etc.
