Taking another look. For this project you should only be changing master. gh-pages here is auto generated, based on changes there.

I have just noticed the Travis deployment is not currently working. Will look into this.
Updated: Now fixed Travis deployment. Though still need to know what's up with this PR. Please answer or it may be best to close?
