'make clean' Enhancement: Delete luac.cross[.int] Files

Missing feature

Delete luac.cross[.int] files in source code root directory as part of make clean.

Justification

Resolves docker-nodemcu-build #54

Workarounds

Manually delete extraneous luac.cross[.int] files (if any) prior to starting a firmware build.
