Add Indonesian translation feature to documentation
Dear Everyone,
Seeing the growth of users and the Node.js community in Indonesia, I thought and had an idea to add an Indonesian translation to the documentation. With the Indonesian translation of the documentation, I hope it can help users and communities from Indonesia to use Node.js.

@jessie-txt A group for Indonesian translations formed but the repository was recently archived as there had been no activity since 2015. If you or someone else would be willing to provide translations for the pages, we would certainly include them on the site.

If you don't know it yet but the doc doesn't have a translation system. But there is a discussion for that which is open. If you are interested you can vote for https://github.com/nodejs/node/discussions/43513
But for nodejs.org and nodejs.dev there is a translation system

Closing as all translation efforts are now on Crowdin and discussions should be done there.
