Nominating Giovanni Bucci @puskin as a collaborator
I am happy to nominate Giovanni Bucci (@puskin) as collaborator. He contributed multiple bigger features in assert (e.g., the initial partial deep strict equal implementation), to util (myers diff algorithm), and to the repl (multiline history elements). He also contributed to both, JS and C++ code. These PRs were all less than trivial and he is constantly working on further improvements to Node.js.
With the diligence he has shown, I am confident that he is going to be a great addition to our collaborator team!
