test: change promises to async/await in test-debugger-invalid-args.js

Can you update the commit message to comply with the commit message format specified in the contributing docs? For this commit, you can use commit --amend to change it to test: use async/await in test-debugger-invalid-args or something similar to that. Once you've made that change, force push it to your branch on GitHub and that will update this pull request.
