stream.construct cannot be aborted

Open ronag opened this issue 3 years ago • 3 comments

Currently stream.destroy will wait for stream._construct to complete before calling stream._destroy which makes it difficult to abort stream._construct without overriding stream.destroy.

Would be nice to have a way around this,.
