Read Access to Cloudflare Workers

Requesting read-only access to workers on the Cloudflare account. The specific permission I'd like is titled Workers Platform (Read-only) on the dashboard.

This will give me access to the metrics available for the release worker and any other workers that @nodejs/web-infra may deploy in the future. These can be helpful not only for debugging the release worker but also seeing if there's anything we should be focusing on improving or in general paying attention to.

Sounds like a reasonable expansion of the access given in https://github.com/nodejs/build/issues/3841, so +1 from me. I've tagged this for the build-agenda, but this doesn't need to wait until the next meeting if we have a few more +1's from the WG (and no objections).
