admin Self-nomination for @Ethan-Arrowood for Moderation Team

I couldn't find a specific nomination process, and if I needed to provide any sort of details for my nomination. Please let me know if there is anything specific I can provide. Nonetheless, I've been apart of the Node.js project for a long time now contributing in a variety of ways. My highlights include:

there were no objections and all approvals, so I think it's approved, but we can verify for sure in the next TSC call. From there, you'd need the @nodejs/moderation team to on board you.
