Youtube and zoom access for @miladfarca

@miladfarca has volunteered to help chair build WG meetings.

He's been an active participant in recent meetings and works with myself and @richardlau.

We discussed in the build WG and agreed to set him up to be able to chair in https://github.com/nodejs/build/issues/4070

Unless there are objections by Thursday I'll go ahead and start onboarding him.
