Transfer ownership of `mentorship` repo to JakobJingleheimer & create team

There is an existing repository for mentorship. Since I'll be championing its revival, I request its ownership be transferred to me and a GitHub team be created.

The term transfer is usually used to transfer a repository in or out of the organization. Is this what you are asking?

No, not at all. I'm talking about "owner" permissions so that I can administer the repo.
