admin Youtube and zoom access for @sxa

@sxa has volunteered to help host the build working group calls.

I'll like to give him Youtube and zoom access. I'll plan to do this mid next week unless there are any objections raised.

Can you PR yourself into zoom-nodejs section in https://github.com/nodejs/email/blob/main/iojs.org/aliases.json. You'll need that when zoom decides you are from a different location.

@sxa just following up to close the loop (and this issue :)) as you'll need to be in the zoom-nodejs section to be able to log into zoom.
