Ownership of Youtube Account

Also I think we should be moving the primary owner from @jorydotcom to @rginn or some other Foundation account.

I've made Matteo an owner. We should do some permissions cleanup. There are some folks in there who haven't been active in a while. (And, honestly, I probably shouldn't be an owner anymore.)
