As far as I'm aware, we have viable hosts in all cities but Tokyo (to be confirmed).

There is also the consideration that, depending on the OpenJS community fund, there may not be enough money for all collaborators to travel twice.

By the way, TPAC 2026 is not in Japan (but funny enough it's in Dublin https://www.w3.org/events/tpac/2026/)
Based on the response received, I propose we hold the H1 Collaborator Summit in London either 14th-15th of April or 15th-16th of April 2026. Any objections?
Given that tere has been no objections, let's try to see if we can get the organization moving for London.
Do we have any updates? Is April 14th~16th our final date? If so, I can start searching for flight tickets to Europe/UK (even if location changes - date is more important)
We are still in the process of confirming the host, which may affect the dates for a day or two depending on availability of the venue.
