We may need to update the minimal version of svelte in package.json.

@locriacyber Lol sorry, I'm not a maintainer here. I'm also just interested in this change, so I gave a review to get some traction to this issue

This PR will be addressed at the same time this is fixed: https://github.com/nodegui/svelte-nodegui/issues/72, because right now, even with this PR, Svelte NodeGUI is not much use to anyone.

It's proving hard :/
