support for ia32 or arm64 on windows

Would it be possible to add support for either building for ia32 or arm64 for Windows 10? The new arm64 windows machines like Microsoft Surface Pro X can't run x64 binaries.

Yes, compiling it for arm64 should be possible with some minor changes. I have to check though. But we are focusing on other things at this time. Would you like to take a look ? I can help along the way. @soapdog

@master-atul I couldn't get Qt to build for Windows on ARM. I don't think all the necessary tools are availble at the moment. I'm keen to trying to get it working and then once I have it working well, get back here and try to help.

Hi @soapdog just curious, are you trying to build Qt from source for Windows Arm ?

Hi @master-atul I tried but couldn't. To be honest, I don't have the knowledge necessary to do this, I was just trying things out.
