Support for Bedrock heads with prefix

I am running a server with GeyserMC enabled (Java x Bedrock crossplay) and I have a DiscordSRV plugin bot that uses this service for webhook PFPs. I would like to see this service support getting Bedrock heads if the username is prefixed with a * or a .. Please let me know of this is possible or if there is already a solution!
