Hi,

Where can I found laser cutting plans for a Simplebot?

I see the images/plans in the repo, but any references to some plans that is tailored for a certain width od material for example.

I need to remove a couple of files no longer needed but what you're after is here:

https://github.com/nodebotsau/simplebot/tree/master/physical

plates.svg / dxf are the source for the base, bumper and wheels (obviously needs to go into whatever tool you use to create gcode / laser cutter instructions).

foot.svg/ dxf are little attachments to turn the bot into a soccer bot.

skid.stl is the 3D file for the balancing attachment.

Feedback / PRs always appreciated ;)

So in terms of material - it's been design for 3mm acrylic / coreflute / wood. I've worked with all three with success. You MAY need to make slight mods to the size of the holes on the bumper where it mounts to the chassis to get a nice snug fit depending on your material. At the moment they are 2.75mm which is good for coreflute / wood but may need a little bit of force (or widening) for acrylic.

Hi, I got one laser cutted and it's nice and simple. I am not sure how the attachment for the soccerbot fits in?

A photo of one that was created of the laser cutted plans will be very helpfull. What I like about this design is that it is nice and extendable. And it's very cheap to make.
