Hi, I would like to start a nodebots chapter for Tunis, Tunisia. We already exist as a javascript community as you can see;

but we would like to add the nodebots brand and represent the concept in our country. I will be co-organizing this chapter with all the @tunisianjs crew; @Rebaiahmed, @ChamsBouzaiene, @heithemmoumni, @mnmajd, @chaoukibenfradj, @AmiriHoussem, @thevexx and @mabotn.
