Explore use of direct EEPROM write for config

avrgirl supports the ability to directly write to the eeprom. As such explore the use of this for configuration in order to deal with issues such as https://github.com/ajfisher/node-pixel/issues/93

PoC to be built and then determine go forward.

Presumably will need to implement some modifications to the manifest file to create the appropriate Buffer to write to the EEPROM.
