update running NSS version of a Solid sever

Actually there is now way to see the real running version on solid.community or dev.inrupt.net and inrupt.net displays NSS 5.1.4
When creating a clean new server the NSS version is displayed
Could it be related to the migration process from one version to the next where :
data/solidServerName/index.html is not updated (solidServerName being solid.community or inrupt.net .....)
curl -i https://solidweb.org e.g. tells the version.
after an update I edit data/solidServerName/index.html manually, cause there seems to be no automation.

I set up it on my local and i am unable to find this data/solidServerName/index.html can you please provide me more detail about current dir structure.

On a running server the server root index.html is not updated when installing a new NSS version.
On a running server the server version is accessible via X-Powered-By
