消息响应的CreateTime单位应为秒?

目前看到模块生成的CreateTime精确到毫秒,但截到的消息包CreateTime都是精确到秒,微信硬件文档也是要求CreateTime精确到秒.请确认问题.

微信文档要求的只是长整型数。没有提到是秒还是毫秒

还没发现这个对响应有什么影响,似乎随便填一个数字也是跑得通的. http://iot.weixin.qq.com/document-2_1.html 这里规定了CreateTime的单位.
