Please tell how to use a theme

at https://flows.nodered.org/node/node-red-dashboard I see this neat exmaple, with a frame around, maybe this is how the theme is applied.

I see no information on how to add that "home" frame, or apply a theme. (make the contents dark) Please add some information/screenshots of how this is done.
