Remove spacer from Dashboard not working after Upgrade to v4.0.5

Current Behavior

I have a dashboard with some spacers in there. After I tried to re-arrange items via the Layout Editor there were additinal spacers after deploying.

When I now try to remove spacers via the button in the edit window nothing happens.

Expected Behavior

After pressing delete the spacers should be deleted

Steps To Reproduce

Select Edit for any spacer in the Dashboard column Press delete button in edit window

This looks like a node-red-dashboard issue - rather than core Node-RED. Will transfer the issue over.
