Pre-fill datetime picker (text input node) doesn’t show date and time

I open this issue because #757 was marked as completed (cannot reopen!) but the issue is still there with node-red-dashboard 3.6.5.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

It works well if input is set as "datetime picker" at node configuration, but don't works if the node is set via "ui_control.mode" coming from i.e. a pure text mode.

All new development work is being done on Dashboard 2 - so realistically this is not unlikely to be fixed unless someone offers up a PR. (especially as it does work in basic mode in a set configuration)
