Dashboard not change theme

I change the color in the panel and when I deploy it, it doesn't change colors, it's still the same, and if I put dark style, the normal style is still there

It happens to me when I put the node ui-table if I remove the ui-table it lets me change color is there any way to fix it, thanks.
