NR dashboard inaccessible when changing Material Design icons on Angular dark theme

What are the steps to reproduce?

1. Edit Dashboard Tab Node
2. Change the Material Design icon , e.g from "layers" to "dns"
3. Verify State="Enabled", Site="Angular theme everywhere", "Angular"=Dark
4. Update

What happens?

Similar to this issue, dashboard is inaccessible. Rolling back to the latest working flow and restarting Node Red, was the only solution for me.

What do you expect to happen?

Change Dashboard's Material Design icons as much as needed.

How are you running Node-RED ? With a standard default install on MacOS it is working properly for me... (I don't have Heroku)
