UI nodes create in a subflow do not appear in the UI

If I create some UI nodes in a subflow, the configuration nodes will be local to that subflow and won't appear in the UI. Changing those to make them global fixes the issue but I think the UI should show local configurations also. This way I could create different subflows each with independent tabs.

Clarification:

Currently local configuration for UI tabs aren't displayed in the UI, they need to be switched to global. Should UI pick locally configured tabs ?
