fix rpc client 连接 rpc server emit error constants.RPC_ERROR.FAIL_CONNECT_SERVER 没有msg对象

连接远程rpc报错的时候 failprocess (msg.serverType)[https://github.com/node-pinus/pinus/blob/aa84ea9f7e47bbcac7e8ae5469152b7aef649a8b/packages/pinus-rpc/lib/rpc-client/failureProcess.ts#L54], 报undefined
