[Feature Request]: Add Windows Support

It would be really awesome if you could add windows support! I was trying to like use MSYS2 to make the script work but couldn't sadly.

If webtorrent/webtorrent-cli#189 is merged, it should be possible to remove most of the linux-specific code. Otherwise, it likely won't happen. The directory creation and file deletion commands would also need to be changed (probably a lua library can be used to support this). I don't use Windows and have no clue how to support the option to kill webtorrent in a cross platform way.
